Meet Your Baker
Hi, I’m Phoebe. I have a passion for creating things by hand, especially when it comes to baking and developing my own recipes from scratch. I’m drawn to simple and intentional processes and enjoy taking the time to understand how ingredients and technique come together. Sourdough baking has become a very big part of that process for me. It’s something I’ve spent time learning, practicing, and refining, and I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned in a way that feels understandable and clear in a market saturated with over-complexity. I’m also a graphic design student at Liberty University, where I focus on structure, clarity, and thoughtful presentation. That perspective carries into everything I create, from the way recipes are written to how they’re shared.
